Workforce data may include contact and identity information, emergency contacts, right-to-work evidence, licensing and vetting records, employment documents, availability, rotas, attendance, hours, assignment records, training, performance, disciplinary and grievance information, payroll, tax, pension and payment information.
Operational security
Depending on an assignment we may also process incident reports, welfare or safety information, location or attendance evidence and other records needed to manage and evidence security services.
Legal bases and retention
Processing may be necessary for contracts, legal obligations and legitimate business, workforce and security interests. Additional conditions apply to special-category and criminal-offence data. Workforce records are retained according to applicable legal, tax, employment, insurance, security and dispute requirements.
