Terms of Business

Blackstone Protective Services Ltd (“Blackstone”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides security services to commercial, organisational, venue, property and private clients.

Contract formation

Security services are supplied only where Blackstone and the client have agreed the relevant engagement, including scope, deployment requirements, pricing and other applicable terms. A quotation is not necessarily an acceptance of an assignment until confirmed.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate site and risk information, reasonable access, relevant emergency procedures, hazards, assignment instructions and a safe working environment. Material changes should be communicated promptly.

Personnel

Blackstone may select, allocate, supervise or replace suitable personnel. Where licensing is legally required, the relevant deployment is subject to applicable SIA requirements.

Charges and payment

Charges, VAT where applicable, payment dates, cancellation terms and any additional assignment costs are governed by the applicable quotation, order form or written agreement. Overdue sums may be pursued in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

Liability

Any contractual limitation or allocation of liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
